Meet Andrew, he and his wife hired us to replace their (36) windows and four sliding glass doors. We got to know Andrew and his wife quite well because they were first-time home owners with a lot to remodel, and they had a lot of questions we were happy to answer. We received a call from him about a year and a half after our installation asking for us to order him new glass for his sliding glass door and send him a bill. We informed him that this was covered under his warranty. He was so happy he told us how this happened. We thought it was funny and something that would be a perfect video showcase to our customers of just how our warranty works.

Your products are covered by a lifetime warranty on parts and service. In fact, this is even transferable to one new home owner. When you sell your home remodeled by Liberty, you can pass that warranty, and peace of mind along. When we say lifetime, we mean it. We also from time to time receive unusual, or different types of calls for our warranty replacement service. We thought we would bring one call to life in this video.
